I came to Salem Health & Rehabilitation Center after a very complex surgery called a Whipple Procedure. It took 13 hours and I was in the hospital for six days. There was no question that I was going to need a lot of rehabilitation care before I was able to return home. When it came to choosing where to recover, I had heard so many good things about Salem Health & Rehabilitation Center (and known so many people who had good experiences there) that it was a very easy decision for me. I’m a very energetic person, and I applied that same approach to my recovery. The LifeWorks Rehab program was a perfect fit for me. I like to push, push, push and I found that my LifeWorks Rehab therapists were the perfect people to help keep me motivated and working hard.
The LifeWorks Rehab program at Salem Health & Rehabilitation Center is excellent. I had all of the equipment and facilities I needed, and an incredible team of therapists to help me accomplish my goals. Everything felt very clean and modern. I really couldn’t have asked for more.
